Designing Smiles is a warm, competent and service-oriented practice with some of the newest and best technology available. Their friendly staff will "go the extra mile" to be certain that your needs are met. We felt as if we were given the best advice and that our questions and concerns were taken seriously. Everything was explained in layman's terms so that we could understand what we were being told. They listened, recommended what was needed, and did not try to "sell" services that were not needed. Decisions, especially where cosmetics are concerned, are ultimately up to the patient, and Designing Smiles honors those wishes. This is the first time we have been to a dentist in a very long time whose entire staff was concerned about our comfort. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, educational, and had a genuine concern for our oral health. My husband and I will continue to return to Dr. Tynecki and his staff for all of our dental needs.

We just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much we appreciated your thorough
and caring attention to our dental needs. I don't know if James told you, but one
of the first things that Al noticed was that you genuinely cared about his comfort
level. That really made an impression on him and makes it much easier for him to
think about returning. Having a good hygienist at a practice is so important, and
James is fortunate to have found you. We are looking forward to seeing you in July!
We'll, maybe that is a stretch for Al as he never "looks forward" to dental visits,
so let's just suffice it to say he will be much more relaxed next time around.

The new Sonic toothbrush seems to do a better job than the one I had before. Since
the brush is smaller, it makes reaching those back teeth much easier.

I had very crooked, dark teeth and Dr. Tynecki spent a lot of time explaining how he could fix them so that I could smile confidently and not be embarrassed anymore. He simply reshaped my teeth without having to give any shots, made bleach trays for me and did some composite veneers on my two front teeth. All this only took 2 short appointments. I now get compliments from lots of people, something that never happened before. I have so much more confidence now. I cried when I saw what he did after just the first appointment. I wondered why my last dentist never offered these services. He really showed that he cared by being so gentle and constantly concerned with my comfort. I love my new teeth and asked him if I could have my pictures on his website for all to see. I have referred all my friends to Dr. James. You should go too.
